WHAT ARE THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE EXPERIENCE?
The FRIENDS™ Experience will be arriving in Seattle during the winter of 2023! Tickets will be on sale starting December 9th, 2022. Operating hours can be found HERE.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even a chance to sit on the iconic orange couch. Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets will be available to the public starting December 9th 2022 at 10am PT. Sign up for our waitlist for special access to presale tickets.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Standard tickets start at just $32.00 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates. Peak Tickets are $39.50 each, plus taxes and fees.
DO YOU OFFER CHILD, STUDENT, MILITARY, OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS
Yes! We want our friends of all ages to visit The FRIENDS™ Experience. Tickets for children ages 4-10 start at $26.00 each, plus taxes and fees. Tickets for students (high school/college ID required), members of the military, and senior citizens (age 55+) start at $29.00 each, plus taxes and fees.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND THIS EXPERIENCE?
All ages are welcome. Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Children 3 and younger don’t need a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?

IF I HAVE EXPERIENCED SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 IN THE PAST 10 DAYS SHOULD I STILL ATTEND THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?
Guests who have experienced symptoms (even mild symptoms) of COVID-19 in the past 10 days should not attend The FRIENDS™ Experience . Please reach out to us at info@friendstheexperience.com and our team will work with you to reschedule your visit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF COVID FORCES THE CLOSURE OF THE EXPERIENCE?
While we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and Team, events outside of our control may force the closure of The FRIENDS™ Experience. If so, we will reschedule any Guest tickets impacted to a new time and date.
Does The FRIENDS™ Experience have a code of conduct?
Providing a safe and fun environment for guests is our number one priority. All guests must adhere to our Experience Code of Conduct below.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE EXPERIENCE?
You may take ride share or public transportation to Pacific Place. The 120, 16, 268, 320, 43, 49, 550, 7 lines stop near Pacific Place. The 1-LINE Light Rail lines stops near Pacific Place.
IS THERE PARKING?
Traffic and parking can always be a challenge in Seattle. We encourage you to use public transportation whenever possible. Public parking is available at the Pacific Place Garage at 6th Avenue & 7th Avenue, from 5:00am to 2:00am. Hourly rates can be found here.
IS THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE ADA ACCESSIBLE?
We're proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversities, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. If you'd like to let us know you're coming or if you need additional assistance, please email info@friendstheexperience.com or let any of our friendly team members know during your visit.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE?
We love our furry friends, however pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.
CAN I BUY MERCH AT THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?
Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed guests any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open!
There'll be T-shirts, tote bags, plush toys like Hugsy, Joey’s bedtime penguin pal, and so much more. Get your lobster a Crap Bag!
IS THERE AN ONLINE STORE?

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?

IS THE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS?
For Groups of 10 or less, we offer Guided Group tours. Full information on these tours can be found here. For groups of 10 or more or for additional information, please email info@friendstheexperience.com and a member of our guest services team will be back to you in about 3 business days.
